So, for those of you who know, or don’t. I’ve been married for three years now. Together seven and a bit.

Why post about it now?

Because I want to give a shout out in a way to my biggest supporter. Not only did I marry the most amazing partner but my best friend.

Since meeting him, it is safe to say that my life has changed. He has shown me what a healthy relationship is. He continuously encourages me to be my best self, or as close to that as I can get each day. He is my rock, through good and bad.

I could go on for a life time at just how incredibly lucky I feel to be married to the love of my life, how lucky I feel to be able to call myself his wife.

I try to not be so deeply personal on here, I don’t think I can find a way to explain that decision. Some things I just don’t want to share because I do want to protect it. The relationship with my husband is one of those things. However I do just want to say I am so proud of him, and us. Three years on and I feel just as blessed as I did on the day we married, just as blessed as when we welcomed our kiddo to the world, just as blessed as when we chose each other over and over and over, just as blessed as the day we started.

This last part is just for him. I love you more! (I win!)
